Our Accommodation

Maoutens is in the canal-side village of Fourques sur Garonne, which has its own boucherie, mairie, post office, hairdresser and school.

Our family home, set in nearly an acre of private garden, offers two double bedrooms, each with separate shower room and a large lounge and dining area with French windows leading on to the balcony, all at first floor level.

Both bedrooms (Garden Room and Canal Room) have built in storage and hanging space and ceiling fans to keep you cool on balmy summer evenings.

The lounge dining area has television, DVD player, VCR, hi-fi and tea and coffee making facilities are available.

We had a fantastic stay with Fiona, John and their family in Maoutens. Beautiful area of rural France, with so many places to see and things to do. Our holiday with the Mansons was utterly relaxing and they were the perfect hosts. Highly recommended! I.W.R. Cowieson, Hong Kong

Outdoor tables and chairs are situated on the balcony, where you can breakfast and sample some of Fiona's home-made jams from fruit in season as well as the delicious bread and croissants made in our local boulangerie. The balcony gives access to a rear garden area where sun-loungers are available for your use, as well as independent access to the car parking area.
