In the southwest of France in the heart of Aquitaine, we offer bed and breakfast in a traditionally built chalet situated in the small canal side village of Fourques sur Garonne.

Three minutes from the Canal Latéral ŕ la Garonne and near the Garonne River, make Maoutens your ideal base for exploring the delights of southwest France.

Maoutens is privately owned and run by your host Fiona Manson, who takes a special interest in ensuring you make the best of your stay. Fiona is a keen walker and has translated walking routes in our area from French into English, for her benefit as well as that of the visitor who enjoys rambling through vineyards and the French countryside. Should you need help with bookings, hire of bikes or canoes etc we can help with all this and more besides!

The success of any holiday depends on finding out what to see and do, and where to see and do it! This is something we are able to advise you on so you can make the most of our delightful region. Having lived in the area since 2002, the Manson family still have many 'to do' things on their list of trips, visits and activities, a testament to the variety of experiences Lot et Garonne has to offer.
